Tl;Dr: Find yourself a clinic that will respect you and your time and skip Mt. Scott. My partner and I scheduled an appointment at Mt. Scott Animal Clinic, and that's where the trouble started. First they had an emergency and moved our appointment causing our plans for the day to be impacted by the later reschedule. Next we showed up for the visit. about two weeks ago my 14 year old beagle stopped eating. it was hard but i was able to get him to eat barely enough to survive. then tuesday he got very sick, threw up many times, lost his balance and was disorientated. so the next morning i drove to the clinic and dropped him off for an exam. the last time he was at the clinic a tooth cleaning turned into a $1600 multiple tooth extraction and i told them his mouth may be the problem. after the exam the vet said his mouth was fine and further costly tests may be required. s... read more
I had an appointment for a blood draw and a dental procedure for my cat. The cat needs to be fasting since 10pm the night before and I took the cat to the clinic at 8am in the morning the next day. Around noon, I haven't heard any call back so I called to check for the update, found out that all the works had not been done. OMG!!! It had been 4 hours for my cat waiting for nothing without foods and water. This is extremely unacceptable!!!
