Brought my truck in for a rear differential seal replacement. After driving around and having my differential making a lot of noise I brought my truck in and took a technician for a ride along to hear the noise. The agreed and told me it fell apart in the 1000 miles they told me to drive. After 3 times bringing my truck back for repair I was told on the phone I'm hearing things and my truck needed to be removed from their lot. Fix the rear end on my wife's 2010 Sierra was told they put a Eaton differential in it and told me it was indestructible which they did not use a eaton . The differential they put in the clutch pack started coming apart after 60,000 miles. When I called them about it was quoted a price of over $3,000 to fix it on top of the 1500 I spent initially all the bearings everything was changed in the rear end only thing that was original was the axles, axle housing and ring and pinion no reason this should have come apart probably o... read more
