Megan is turning things around, I am so happy with my experience at Mt. Royal.
Completely disappointment with the unprofessionalism from the representative who set up an appointment. NO SHOWED on me when I had other investors with me to view a location in Racine. I have not received a returned call, email nor a text to advise of any changes nor an apology for not arriving on an appointment they made with me company. I do not believe that all other realtors are the same, however insure better communication is followed through in the future. Shane and Angela are the best - I stayed in one of their units on a work assignment for 8 weeks. Never realized how good I had it until trying to find similar accomodations in other cities. Great people and great units!
