I was referred to these guys a month and a half ago, called to get a quote and some one was to get back to me. Called again the following week and nothing called them 4 times with in 6 weeks and no body called me back for an estimate! Very professional!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. I assume they have enough business to bother with locals. If I ran my company that way I would be out of business!
The workers active tally hit our fence. Not only did Joe have his workers fix it but Joe and Christy brought by a gift for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service!
I am having my house reroofed and Mt. Baker won the bid. They showed up yesterday morning and started in and were doing a good job. That evening I went to check on progress and found that they had not touched the fascia boards that were rotted on the ends. When I asked the worker he said that it was not on his work order. When I contacted the guy that gave me an estimate, he said that it would cost me extra to get it fixed.
