I liked the place. When I first moved to Mt. Read Gardens, the building I moved into was building 191. And almost everyone n that building was nice accept this girl that lived upstairs. She had an attitude problem something was wrong with that girl. I just felt sorry for her cause I tried to get acquainted with her, I was not trying to be her friend. They lost my rent and admitted they put it in the wrong folder. After i placed a stop order on the check i rewrote them another check paying my rent plus the lost check. The lost check was returned to me and they attempted to deposit it but were not successful. They mailed me back the check and in the letter they stated it just arrived in there mailbox after 3months. They completely forgot they told me they put it in the wrong folder..... Dont trust them they dont write rent receipts. Anytime u pay rent always send it certif... read more
Cars get broken into. If your a non smoker don't live here smoke rises up into your apartment easily. You can get lucky with good tenants. Music playing till the next morning.
I have lived here twice and loved it. Apartments are small but they are great units and perfect for singles, single moms with 1 child & married couples starting out. If you want to save money, this is the place. Maintenance is good and the office Ladies are wonderful. I enjoyed living here. Good neighbors, quiet location and close to 390, the mall, restaurants, the beach and other lovely places. I would live here again!
