Do not rent from these guys. My daughter and son in law's sewer line backed up and flooded the apartment, while they were visiting us across town. The apartment complex would not fix the issue and WOULD NOT replace the carpets or other items that had been soaked in sewer water. Out of life safety issues, they came to stay with us and have been here ever since. My son in law tried reaching out to them to resolve it, but they never responded. Fat Mike is right.. my rent just went up $250 just this year. When my dishwasher went out they took it to fix that was 7 years ago. The kitchen tile started buckling I text the manager. No one's been out yet. Kitchen sink been loose for months. Wasn't given a release into this year so they can raise my rent $300 in 1 and 1/2 years. Onsite washer and dryers are broken most of the time with a number for refund that you never get. The management is never on site. It's dirty and when you have an issue no one addresses it.
