The policy surrounding security deposits is really sketchy, as the "deposits stay with the house". This means that when someone moves out, the person who moves in pays the deposit directly to the person moving out. You can imagine the complications that could arise with that. Rachel Nelson needs to check herself. People are literally trying to put a roof over their own head and this woman thinks people are lying and giving her misinformation. People are just trying to live. Just trying to get an apartment. Some people struggle and/or are in a very tough spot. Don’t be like her be a nice human and help one another out:)
