Quite the different experience. Hot water boiler went out multiple times for days. We would have no hot water. 3 kids even. They told us...it happens. Also when moving you can't paint or patch something from hanging a picture. They will charge you anyways and there will be some deposit given but not all. So the opportunity to fix things isn't provided in their so called policy. I find it's stealing and cheating people out of their money. I had an amazing experience renting through MT properties group. Shayna was absolutely amazing and everything was smooth and easy with them. I rented an apartment through them for 3 years and they were extremely helpful with any concerns throughout. I truly have no complaints. The deposit refund was exactly what I hoped and everything was fair and I will recommend this property management group forever!

Truly the best management company in Missoula. I can't speak more highly of Shayna, our property manager who has gone above and beyond for every question/request/problem we've had. I've lived in a LOT of places, and MT Properties Group is by far the best company I've rented from. Cannot praise them enough!
It's been about a year since I rented with MT Properties Group. Even a year later, I can't seem to let go how they handled my move out. Overall, my 2 years renting with them as actually quite good and I was hesitant to share this because I did find the people that worked there friendly and helpful.
