We had an amazing two-day stay and Joyce at the Front Desk was kind, helpful, and sincere. Give that woman a HUGE raise.
Love the hot springs, but it is too expensive. Should have a "locals" discount for every day, not just on certain days of the week!

Love this place. Delicious food, clean pools with a lot of variety and wonderful rooms. The price is reasonable to boot. Recommend all the time.

Beautiful scenery, amazing resort/facilities, good food. Terrible housekeeping, non-responsive and unorganized events department, expensive. Half of the staff have horrible customer service skills, which is a shame bc the other half is great. Hope that you get Bruce when you check in.
Went there for the 1st time and fall in love with that place! Def looking forward going there next time again! They have a great service, great food! Best of all is they tried their best to fix the tv in our hotel room when the tv volume not working and try get the close captions on. The guy did everything and change tv and got the c.c on! Great service! So many friendly people out there! It was perfect place to just relax and enjoy for a small getaway vacation! Thank you for a great weekend!!
