We had such a nice time here!
Great placee to stay nice and relaxing
Friendly and helpful. Not mechanical. Dining service was awesome. Ate in lodge restaurant 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Wondered into the club house and the desk clerk was the best, telling me the things to make our stay perfect. Accidentally overcharged and only noticed 2 days later, called them and the adjustments were made immediately and sweetly. We will come again!
Never been there before, the spa attendant Sarah hooked me up. I had the best message (hot stone) I have ever had. Sarah took care of every thing she was even ther after my message to make sure I was happy. Unbelievable service. I will definitely go back.

beautiful time with Granddaughters hit all the hot spots had a wonderful time even the dog had a great time.....till check out time was met by some one in a grizzly mood still have not been given discounts for girls facials or my massage

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced by all members of the resort staff!! Restaurant staff knew us by name and welcomed us every meal like we were coming to eat at their house! Pools are beautiful, warm, and not super crowded. Will definitely be coming back again!!
It is a magnificent place! The staff is very friendly, I got a call from Jenny @front desk every day asking me if I needed anything. They made me feel welcome and home! I got a room with the mountain view, just beautiful! I took a dance exercise class with Lisa, I was the only one that day, so I recommended her just to cancel the class, but she said you are here and I'm here so let's have fun, and we did have lots of fun! I highly recommend the restaurant too, delicious and healthy choices ! I would definitely come back!
Not much to see or do and not conducive to relaxing ..$20 for each person in the first two pools the river dips were closed, $60 for the three upper pools but just poorly designed and cannot see or enjoy the river from any of the pools... will not come again... pagosa is much nicer for the price and scenery
First, we got checked in early. That was great, but there is so much to do. They have lawn games the kids loved, the pools slide. They offer tennis, basketball, and other thing so much to do for all ages.. steam room rocks in the spa side. We stayed in large cabin the views were amazing, and liked the deer at the door.
