i’ve tried calling multiple times throughout this last week to inform them that I do not need one of the two units that I was renting from them and their voicemail is full every single time I call. Unfortunately our experience with our unit was not great. We moved our daughter's items out on August 24th, 2024 to discover they were covered in mouse poop. There was a deceased mouse in the unit. She had items ruined because of this. We took her rug back to her hall to unfold it and find 2 more deceased mouse stuck to the rug. We obviously had to throw that away.
