They never text back after I cleaned our unit out and charged me for September rent. I’ve texted and called them multiple times and their voicemail is full so I can’t even leave a message. I really hope they refund my money for September since I’m three hours away and don’t even use the unit anymore. As a business owner myself, this business is run poorly in my opinion. After all the text messages, emails and reviews, you would think they would get ahold of me by now? I haven’t heard a word from Mt Pleasant Storage yet.
Would definitely use this place again! Very nice storage unit!
i’ve tried calling multiple times throughout this last week to inform them that I do not need one of the two units that I was renting from them and their voicemail is full every single time I call. Nobody answers the phone when I call nor have the option to leave a voicemail.
