I would like too say Mt. Pleasant Storeage Company is a great storeage company to do buslness with . Store my furniture there for 4 years. Had no problem at all. I would remmend them too everyone . Thank you Mt. Pleasant Storeage.
Storage unit was good there reasonable. Move out process was delayed but ultimately finished before next payment so everything was good
Had a hard time getting ahold of them at first when I got charged for September after I moved out in August. The voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message which was irritating. I also sent multiple emails and text messages to the email and number on the contract. Finally, I called first thing in the morning on September 3 and talked to Kyle, super nice guy. He refunded me for September, no questions asked. I would rent from them again because it’s easy to access and the units are clean!
