I needed a storage unit for a couple months while in-between apartments and rented a 5x5 indoor unit. The storage unit itself was fine and worked for what I needed. I emptied the unit on June 20th, have provided move out notice 3 times, have called and spoke to an employee, and I'm still being contacted for payment notices / late payment notices / lockout notices / etc.
