Ripoff - I went to Dr Knowlton to get my glasses and contacts prescription renewed. My dad is a retired Ophthalmologist, so I wanted to go to another one instead of an Optometrist. I literally told the doc I couldn’t read the big sign that said “Glaucoma” five feet away, and he did nothing but send me on my way with contacts that I couldn’t even drive in. Then, after paying cash for all the items you sign consent forms to pay, I get a bill for $180 more. My dad can’t believe the care was this bad.
Under new management very professional very friendly would highly recommend.
