I was 19 years old when I bought a car here, and I wish I had brought my dad with me because I truly believe they took advantage of my inexperience. My daughter recently bought a vehicle from Mt. Pleasant Motors on Fraser Hwy. Victor was helpful with previous issues and agreed to cancel the 24-month warranty at our request. However, we were never given proof of the cancellation, and after two weeks of following up, we’ve only received excuses. When we contacted the warranty company with our claim number, they said there was no cancellation on file or the warranty even being on file.
