Edit: I've never had to update a review BUT the follow through with the vehicle updates we discussed before purchasing the vehicle was not there. After 2 months of constantly calling for updates on parts and any timeline possible, there has always been a delay of some kind. We discussed 3 things: 1.new seatbelt 2. New door handle 3. Oil change. Out of those 3 we got 1. I quit trying to reach out. They will not reach out to us and I'm tired of begging a company to do what they said they would. Had the best experience here when my son bought his car. We went to a lot of other dealerships and drove multiple vehicles, and ultimately came back to Mt. Pleasant to purchase a vehicle. Sam was fantastic to work with. He wasn’t pushy, everything was very straightforward, and minor repairs to brakes and AC were made to the vehicle prior to purchase. Bought a car here 8/24/26. Got a good deal. Traveled 2 hours 42 minutes to see the car. We've been looking since May, but this one had the lowest mileage, great interior and was a really clean car. Except for a few minor dents and dings, it was what We've been looking for. Sam & Steve were so nice, made the experience so simple, and pleasant. Here is the actual sequence of events he conveniently left out: The 5-Star Review: I left a 5-star review for the dealership before we realized the A/C was blowing hot air and needed repair.
