Made an appointment a month ago only to be told that they're not taking patients. Apparently North Charleston and Summerville are taking "walk ins" but I can't have an appointment that I waited a month for and took off early to go to? Negative 20 stars.
I wish I could choose zero stars Recently went to ecards and literally refused to help me with the app—told me I was doing it wrong AND that my card was activated. Just left the grocery store and had to pull money out of my savings to pay for my daughters milk. Guess I’m not receiving wic anymore.
Moved to AZ and these ppl dont know how to fax over my VOC paperwork. Keep telling me the AZ office needs to call them to get MY personal information released. That makes zero sense. Train your staff better so I don't have to wait and fight to get my WIC benefits back!
