Called last year, they were.too busy to install a fence. Called today, no working phone.
I called them 2 times once during the week of Christmas and I was told I was placed on the list to have someone e come to replace the door in my house. No one showed up. I called them on the first week of the year and I was told the same. I called them today 1/7/2024 and the lady who answered the call told me to find someone else to replace my door. She could have told me this 3 weeks ago. Complete disregard to customers time.
Needed it today, got it today. Not many places will still do that.
