Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We’ve had our window broken twice, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed everything else and refused to listen to our concerns. Both my wife and I were treated disrespectfully throughout the entire experience. Bill was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Wow! These guys are incredible! Others couldn't get here for over a week or didn't even want to work on it. This company had someone here within a couple of hours and was able to repair it good enough to last until parts come in that had to be ordered. When you're running a car dealership and the garage door breaks, you need help and you need it right away as it effects a lot of people.
