. The person at the front is extremely rude and has no sense of how to speak to people respectfully. Owning a business is one thing, but being a decent human being matters more. Hopefully, this person learns that someday.
This place is the best. It's the neighbourhood service centre where they give you honest advice and fix what's needed at a reasonable price. After years of being gouged at dealerships, I was so happy to finally find this spot. Last year, after my battery began to die repeatedly, they diagnosed and fixed the problem right away (replacing the leads). Such lovely customer service, they are so knowledgeable and helpful and they were able to get me in quickly and repaired my car no problem. Would highly recommend!!!
