Can't thank the staff enough for helping us with losing our family member of 10 years. They arranged the cremation and provided us with plenty of options for Bo's urn. They even went as far as to not ask us to pay until we came to pick him up in the personalized urn. Little things like this are what separate a family business that cares about their customers from businesses just in it for the money. You have earned a customer for life. Again, my family cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us.
They have always been very helpful and kind to all my animals.

Skylar will soon be six !! I've taken her there since she was a pup,love Dr.Hall and the rest of the staff,also took my rescued kittens and was so impressed with the treatment they received,also I never find myself waiting in a room for and hour ,they very punctual regarding your appointment time .
I've taking my fur children to Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital for 30 years. In my opinion, they are the only Vet to go to. The staff are truly one in a million.
I am highly disappointed with this place. We had an appointment for our dog to be boarded Thursday morning. When my husband brought her in Thursday morning the computer system was down so they could not check her in or take payment. Ever heard of pencil and paper? We were supposed to get a phone call when it was up and running and never did. Thanks for nothing. We won't be back.
