Staff are excellent and knowledgable. Have taken my dogs here for years and am very happy with the care they get.
I took my almost 12 year old dog in. He was having issues with vomiting and not eating. He had become so weak he couldn't stand on his own. The staff was very compassionate and caring. They let me know my options and let me decide in my own time. They gave me adequate updates. They took excellent care of my Bailey and were amazing about letting him have extra visitors and giving us extra time with him. Amazing staff and great care!
I have been taking my pets to the Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I have cats and a dog and wouldn't trust their care with anyone else. Dr. Zeiter and staff have gone out of their way for me numerous times. They are always friendly and helpful. They have been there for me in times of emergencies whenever I needed them. No matter how busy they are, they always have time for my questions and concerns. I started going through MPAH in 2005 & am now taking my 5th dog there. They have always been very accommodating & courteous especially when it comes to my very abnormal work schedule. The care they've given my dogs has always been great so it is the only place they will ever go.
Took my little dog in to check on a lump on his head. Charged me 84.50 to stick a needle in it and tell me they didn't know what it was, but it should be removed. Was quoted 230.00 for removal of the lump and teeth cleaning. When I brought him in for surgery, told them to forget the cleaning and just remove the lump. When I picked him up from surgery, the bill was 276.00. Was asked if I wanted a cone for his head in case he scratched at the stitches, I said "sure, you can give me one", looked on the bill they charged me 7.50... read more
The staff there is so kind caring an loving when I take my dog Sally in.....Not to mention gentle...they do their very best to work me in at the last minute...I will not yak My dog to anyone else....I love them all....
This is the best hospital in the area! The Doctors are all great!
