We have used Mount Plaines for over 20 years since we first moved to Mount Prospect. In the beginning we were very pleased with the care our pets received. Over the years that has steadily deteriorated. Today was the last straw. We had an appointment for this morning for one of our cats to receive a vaccination. She is a very difficult cat to catch and it took us an hour to get her into the carrier. My husband got her to the clinic and was told...Oh, sorry...we don't have any appointment down for you at all. RecommendedBrand new to this vet and they were so welcoming and informative with my new puppy. I was recommended by Terri Schwager Arnone and I am so happy that she did.
Their wonderful staff took care of most off my Girl(Christie's) Puppies as they grew up. all but one has crossed over, Chaucer Leo will be 16 on June 12th, Thank You for always being there for them and thier Families. Five Stars
The care and attention given to our favorite fur baby is exceptional! We know that he is in good hands for all his health needs as well as boarding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
The vets here are so super nice! They really care about your pets. They do not push procedures at all. They are understanding in all ways. I have referred many people to this vet. Everyone feels the same way. I have 3 dogs, so we have more than the 1 visit a year due to ear infections, toe nail clippings or any thing else that pops up. They are the best!
