This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever tried to work with!! Would not recommend.
Do not deal with this company. You can not talk to anyone local and they advertise to be cheaper than their competitors but they have a gas service charge that they charge you even if you don't need water that week. If you forget to leave out your old water bottles, they won't leave you new ones even though I told them I want two per week. The water dispenser itself is loud and and ugly.

Terrible bottle water delivery service and company. Ordered their services 2 weeks in advance. Once my delivery date came they never showed up. I called the number for the company provided on their website and the lady on the phone basically told me if they don't show up today then I'm SOL and it might be delivered tomorrow. But it was ok for them to charge me and take my money 2 weeks ago but I still have to wait for my water past my delivery date?
