pre-made responces are quick and easy but not very personal. I would imagine that when checking reviews they get scanned over quickly as do the poll answers get summed up in a lump. I enjoyed my visit to the vet. The team was very kind, curious, knowledgeable and most important friendly to us and our pet. I plan to make this veterinary hospital our place to take our pet when she needs care we can not provide her.

They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else
