I was recommended here by one lady and she said they do marvelous work, so I gave a try. The staff are very nice. But why did I gave it a one star? My BRAND NEW North Face backpack is ruined. I asked specifically for a monogram with Vine font which they provided but IT IS SOOO OFF CENTERED. 😩😭 they offered me refund and restitching but it is going to leave a “shadowing” Decided to take the refund but my backpack is ruined. 😭😭😭 UPDATE: They stand with their words, they fixed my backpack and it is so much better! Fabulous work at great prices!
Bought about 25-30 shifts for our Christmas party with each of our custom names on each shirt. Very professional and had them ready in a couple of days! Plus great prices on shirts!
Wow! What a great first time experience here. I would have never imagined a shirt shop would be able to do what they did. I needed a shirt done within 24 hours and they did it within 2 hours! Great quality and awesome staff, thank you MT Needles!
I ordered a hoodie sweatshirt for my daughter in August, and they never called me to come pick it up. So, I go in about a month later to see what happened, and they don't have the sweater, couldn't find it. Ok, no biggie, the guy offers to reorder it and tells me it will be ready next week. Well again I didn't get a call, so I come in about a week after, and they don't have it again! This was my first time coming to this shop, and will be my last. At least I got my money back for "my troubles."
