This is the second time Bea has done this. I booked an appt for 3 pm and asked for her to do my nails. She confirmed over the phone. I showed up at 2:50pm and she said she could not do my nails, she was busy and one of her other girls could do them. This is the second time she has done this. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. When I first arrived, I asked the receptionist for the price of a regular manicure and pedicure and was told it would be $60. That seemed fair, so l proceeded. Things went downhill quickly. When I sat down and started explaining to the nail technician how to use the Dazzle Dry nail polish I had brought with me, the owner seemed visibly offended. I have been going here for 2 years now and I always have a great experience. I have seen several different nail techs and each one has done an excellent job. I’ve tried gel and dip. My nails look beautiful each time.
