Went in yesterday for a scheduled appointment. After checking in, no one greeted me, no one showed me the nail selection and my appointment didn't start for 25 minutes. On top of that it was not with the person who I had requested. In the time that I was there the person I had scheduled with saw three different people. I did a pedicure here. The atmosphere was very nice but with the nail tech I got, I felt very rushed. She cut the length of my nails way too short without asking first. I wish the approach was more gentle and she asked first about my preference with the length and the shape I want for the nails. I ended up not liking the shape at the end and feeling rushed.
Got an acrylic fill and a gel manicure. My fill didn’t even last the way home before it chipped. They fixed it the next day for free which was great, but since then, several areas of their fills have been lifting up. Pedicure gel is coming off and they didn’t even even out my nails after trimming. Never going back.

Received a horrible full set. Nails aren’t straight, all pointing different directions, horribly done. Will never return.
