First time and last time here. Decor is nice. Wait time was not bad but the service was bad. I got a pedi and dip on my hands. Not once during my pedicure was I asked what package I wanted. He just did his thing and I was given the basic package. Not even a massage. My nails were no better. I didn't get foiled during my pedicure to take off my current dip. So that wasted time. Go here if you like pain and to be tortured, not pampered. Burned my nails with the drill, cut my cuticles too deep, my fingers hurt!!!! And she didn't care that I kept pulling my hand away. Horrible service!

This place is VERY hit or miss, and on my last visit my nail tech was very aggressive and left me with rings of fire on multiple nails. It was so painful during the process that I was flinching, but she persisted in the same manner. At the end she had the audacity to explain to me that these are normal, and likely due to my nail bed being compromised/sensitive.
