Stopped in for a manicure while visiting Crossville on vacation. They were extremely busy and during the time I waited I saw a couple of people complain about the work and the owner seemed very dismissive of their concerns. My manicure was a tad rushed but generally enjoyable. Unfortunately, it started to chip the next day and by the second day I had to buy nail polish remover--certainly not what you expect when you pay to have your nails done. Don't bother.
