Unreasonable clerical policies and service for working class people. Closed on Fridays seventy five dollars for missed appointments which I would have paid,to keep Dr. V. They kicked me out of the practice after two missed appointments.
This was this best experience that will forever change my opinion on dentist, super nice, patient and they truly care about the patients.. they checked on me throughout and made sure I was comfortable before they proceeded.. please give them a call!! You will not regret it!!! They care about their jobs and they care about you, it’s definitely the best dentist in my opinion
Being rude to clients is not a great personality trait. He seems to be money driven, his fees are very high. I just had a new crown fall off and I wanted him to simply glue it back on. But NO. I just had two X-rays on that tooth in the last 6 months and didn’t want another one. He advised me to go somewhere else. I also had a crown come off an implant and he talked me into grinding down the post instead of fixing it. Big waste of money. I don’t recommend.
There is not a better dentist anywhere in WNC than Dr. Greene. He is kind, detailed oriented and an excellent dentist. His staff team is top notch as well. They are so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
Dr Greene is such a respectful kind doctor. He is very knowledge and really takes the time with you for all your dental needs! He has some of the best bed side manors. All of his staff are so kind and very helpful. His office is very clean too! 10/10 recommend dr Greene!
