I have dealt with Mt Melrose on many occasions over the past 2 to 3 years.. I think they are awesome!! The staff at Mt Melrose are all outgoing and always helpful... They are down to earth and understanding... As far as them doing repairs or fixing smthg at a tenants request i must say they are on top of it.. Mt Melrose is growing pretty rapidly and thier properties are top notch and unique in my opnion... So if anyone is looking to lease/rent from Melrose i would recommend that u do so... #fairhonestdowntoearthppl.
This is a terrible rental agency. Do not rent from them. They will take your money and do nothing that they are supposed to do.
