This storage unit rental was very easy to set up and access. We used for a few months while between houses. They also let us borrow some pallets so our mattresses didn’t have to be on the cement. We just had to send a photo of it cleaned out to end the contract. They were also easy to get in touch with when I had questions. I would use them again.
Great experience all around! Super simple and straightforward getting in the unit . Owner's were awesome to work with . Highly recommend if your looking foe a storage unit !
I have used mount major storage a few times, the staff is polite, the place is clean, and communication with them is always quick and simple. I highly recommend them ! And WHEN not IF I need to store items again. Mount major storage will be my first choice. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.
Good rates, clean place, safe, they have a good plowing service. Recently I had someone swing by to grab a couple things for my unit and they forgot to put the lock back. The manager saw the lock was missing when she was driving by, and after getting permission, opened it to take a picture to send me so I could ensure everything was in order. then she put a new lock on and mailed me the keys since I'm not in the state at the moment. Above and beyond service, would recommend.
