The staff is rude and talks about other patients within earshot of the waiting room. The dr. I saw was rude and seemed overly stressed out My 1st appointment the dr I was scheduled to see was changed once I got there. If you have any history of depression or any other 'mental health' conditions forget it they will dismiss you and tell you you dont need a dr but a shrink despite the fact that mental health and physical health are equally as important. Not to mention so many conditions such as diabetes and cancer have depressi... read more

You are out of luck if your physician at MLIM retires like mine did. I was a patient of Dr Bushman for over 20 years. For years BEFORE and AFTER he retired I had constant problems getting my prescriptions refilled. This practice doesn't even notify their patients by mail that they are transitioning them from a retiring physician, but they sure know how to send you a bill. I must report a very unfortunate interaction with Mt Lebanon Internal Medicine. My exceptional PCP, Dr. Bushman retired. The practice refused to renew my current medications while I was searching for another doctor unless I saw someone in their practice. I was assigned Dr. Panah today. She strolled into the office stating she was not comfortable continuing my medication for depresssion. She stated that it was “my fault” for not scheduling this appointment sooner. She stated that I was using my toddler as an excuse and that b... read more

Was a patient of one doctor who was ok but retired. Then next visit saw a very helpful doctor who shortly after left the practice. My recent visit was with a doctor who instructed me to stay on my current medication. Problem is they didnt send in an order. No refills. These people are not answering the pharmacy requests that have been sent twice in four days. Cant get through to an actual person on the phone.

My son has a significant disability. He was scheduled for surgery after needing clearance from the PCP after scheduling surgery date called for H&P , enduring caustic behavior from the nurse of this office, the paperwork was never sent to AGH so Dr Lorraine Callen & Dr Barbosa had to cancel my sons much needed procedure Something has dramatically changed in this office and it’s not for Good
