During first appointment doctor was running an hour behind, then proceeds to take a personal phone call DURING appointment with my daughter and self in the room. The second time meeting with the doctor she runs 20 minutes late when we are the first patients after lunch, then her phone goes off AGAIN, she doesn't answer this time but won't send to VM or turn volume off,let's it run through.
