When I called to schedule my appointment I was told I was in network. At the end of my visit that I felt very rushed through, I asked about my co-pay and was told I would be billed.Come to find out they then had me seen by someone NOT in my insurance network ! I went in for tooth pain not sure what the problem was and seeing a TMJ specialist was just very much so pushed upon me. I left feeling very upset ! Note - office staff and hygienists (except for the one male) are professional and courteous. Besides that, its awful. I only go here out of convenience. The cleanings are no problem, but any dental work is a game and you are nickelodeon and dimed. You even have to pay for your own mask for nitrous in addition to paying for the gas itself! The last time here I had to come back 3 times because the crown kept falling out! Come here if you must.
Everyone is so friendly here. They’re also always very thorough but still extremely efficient. I always get all my questions answered but also feel like I am in and out fast. Been coming here for about 2 years and even though I no longer work as close to the office as I used to, it’s still worth the drive.
