I've been coming here for over 20 years ever since my parents moved to the Hainesport/Mt. Laurel area. Everyone is always so patient, kind, and communicative. The ladies at the front desk are amazing--from scheduling appointments in a timely manner to handling insurance changes, they are always patient and courteous. Dr. Nam and Dr. Suh are wonderful, transparent, and quick to answer any questions you may have about anything. Great people. Appointments are always on time and quick. I like that they offer invisalign in addition to regular dental services. It made it very simple for me to get new retainers without going to an orthodontist. They aren't the most high tech office I've been to, but they perform well where it counts: cleanings, monitoring dental health, friendliness, efficiency, and offering additional services like invisalign.
I went to this dental office for the first time this month, I saw Dr Num and he noted 2 lower teeth required filling. He drilled so hard to clean the indentations which hurt me so much. I told him it was hurting and he finally finished. When I got home, my gum was very sore as the gum was very irritated. It took one and a half weeks for the pain to subside. Since the drilling I now have sensitivity in my lower tooth. Never had issues of having pain/ irritation with other dentist’s doing similar procedures. I won’t go back or... read more
