The best service I could ever ask for!! They give attention to detail. I wouldn't want a car service business to overlook anything that I need to know about the vehicle I'm driving. Locally owned Husband and wife that are top notch folks who know how to take care of their customers without always looking to cut corners and make a quick buck. They are real honest people with integrity. From oil changes to engine repair, it's the only place for me.
Don't take your vehicle here unless you want to get screwed out of money. Very untrustworthy and unreliable. Ridiculous business.
New Changes with Great Service! – I have visited this store for various reasons from oil changes to purchasing tires. In the past the service was “average” and at times slow. However, since they have changed ownership in May 2010 I have seen a dramatic improvement in the level of customer service! It appears that they have hired new management based on all of the new faces. Find another mechanic – They find too many problems. It's like the place operates on total throughput. I didn't necessarily felt like they made up problems / issues. But, it's like asking a barber if you need a haircut....fyi, they always say yes! On multiple occasions, I have wound-up spending more than I intended. I'm going to find another shop, that feels more trustworthy.
Il never go there again! [2 bad experiences] – they are very expensive and try to charge extra for work that is not needed. I brought the truck in with a small antifreeze leak, showed them it was a loose clamp and that information didnt get to the technician. Manager came to me and told me it needed major work and it would be $470. I showed him the leaking clamp while it was on the lift and he insisted it wasnt that easy. Clamp tightning fixed it.
