We had self misdiagnosed a problem with the water pump in our 2007 Hyundai Tiburon. We were quoted like $563 bucks. Turns out it wasn't the water pump at all, JUST THE CLAMP!! Also found out we had a leaky valve cover gasket. All in all saved us almost $300 bucks, AND caught another issue early for us... I wanna thank Stewart specifically. He looked out for us and really took care of us. Also thanks to the mechanic, I don't know your name.. FIVE STARS ... 55555555...FIVE STARS
I went to a tire place I've been going to for 12 years. I had a warranty, and they didn't acknowledge it. Brought my limo in here and these guys were more than happy to help. The tire was $20 less than the one at Ntb (can I say that?). NTB's lost, Mt Juliet Tires gain, a new customer for life.
Once again, Jeremy, Jorge and the team at Goodyear come through by correcting problems caused by other local shops and correctly diagnosing a long-term problem and fixing it in less than a third of the time that another local shop said it was going to take them to even find the problem! Big Red won't be going anywhere else as long as this team stays together! Hats off to you fellas. You ROCK!
Thankful for the guys at Mt. Juliet Tire Center! Been taking our cars there for 2 years. They saved us $175.00 today compared to the Nissan dealerships price to replace/repair a motor mount. Always a pleasant experience! Thank you Jeremy, Jorge, Mike, Stewart and all the guys behind the scenes in the shop!
