I love the Mt. Juliet Senior Activity Center! They offer so many different things for seniors to enjoy: Silver Sneakers Classic, Circuit and Yoga exercise programs, Tai Chi, Bingo, Reading Club, Quilting Club, Knitting Club, Choir, Drama, an afternoon of live music on Thursdays.....and so much more! Also, the socializing - making friends, taking trips (both day trips and week trips), and there is just so much, I can't say enough good things about MJSAC! You don't have to be a lonely senior - come out and join in the fun!
The people were all friendly and I really enjoyed all the seniors playing guitars, banjos, fiddles , harmonicas and singing some of my favorite songs. We all had a great time and hope to go again.
Excellent place to come for various activities, I think the City of Mount Juliet has one of best Senior Center . It has something for everyone, that old enough to belong.
