RecommendedI have been a member for 1 year...and totally have enjoyed the yoga and exercise classes (and for me to say that is a lot...I really dislike exercise!)...Deborah has been a wonderful support to all the men and women who attend her classes! And because of these activities, I have a much greater range of motion! A great way to support Mt. Juliet and the many Veterans who use the facility.
The center has something for everyone! We have a wonderful instructor for yoga and tai chi!
The center has a great variety of things to do so you Will find something you enjoy. i went to coloring today and had a relaxful enjoyable time.

Best Senior Center in middle Tn. Great director too.
I spend several hours a week at the Center. A fun place to be.
