I love this apartment, is probably the best apartment i have ever had. Responsible management and maintenance is super super fast when you request. I know the photo might look a bit aging, but is completely when you move in. And if you truly spend time to decorate your home, it will be fascinating i promise.
Ugly Mildew filled windows with leakage and bad insulation which will make your utility bill go up! Great people at management, maintenance is responsive for minor repairs, but lack of leadership and commitment to major projects such as changing those windows! I was told over 3 mos ago that windows will be changed before move-in, now I was told they are unlikely to do anything about it next year or so. Sad and disappointing.
I lived at the Mount Hope Lofts for 2 years and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had living in an apartment in any city I have lived in (NYC, NJ, VA, MD, and FL). Wonderful and friendly staff, super attentive maintenance, spacious units, safe location, close proximity to the hospital and dental center, and JeRon and Alexandra in the front office are amazing. I also used the gym every morning, and while not the largest gym, it definitely got the job done! Couldn’t recommend living here any more 10/10
