Visited Oregon and accidentally left my hearing aid charger at home. Called SO many places. Many didn’t answer their phone, and many didn’t call back. Tiffany answered the phone here and was AMAZINGLY helpful. She searched and found a used one she could sell me, and sent me pictures to make sure it was the right one and sold it to me for a fair price. The whole staff was wonderful and if we still lived in Oregon we would use them for all our audiological needs!
I just received the Phonak Sphere 90 and they are the best hearing aids I’ve ever had. Vladimir’s technical knowledge in how to program hearing aids is amazing. I’ve been going to Mt Hood Hearing for 20 years and will continue.
My. Hood Hearing made nice custom molded ‘surfing’ earplugs for me. The staff are all friendly and informative, they fit me into their schedule quickly and had a fast turnaround time with the lab who made the plugs. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize their services again- in fact they can make ear plugs for sleeping, music, surfing, swimming and more! I’m hoping to get another pair for sleeping soon.
Having tinnitus, I was excited to get some custom ear plugs. Mt hood hearing has a great service with scanning the ear and getting amazing hearing protection. The staff is incredible and they were so courteous. Maybe I’ll get another pair
