Such a welcoming office and friendly staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process of getting custom earplugs made. Darien went above and beyond to fix fit issues and ensure I was happy with the product.
Visited Oregon and accidentally left my hearing aid charger at home. Called SO many places. Many didn’t answer their phone, and many didn’t call back. Tiffany answered the phone here and was AMAZINGLY helpful. She searched and found a used one she could sell me, and sent me pictures to make sure it was the right one and sold it to me for a fair price. The whole staff was wonderful and if we still lived in Oregon we would use them for all our audiological needs!
I just received the Phonak Sphere 90 and they are the best hearing aids I’ve ever had. Vladimir’s technical knowledge in how to program hearing aids is amazing. I’ve been going to Mt Hood Hearing for 20 years and will continue.
