Very nice gated facility in a very convenient location. I have parked my camper here for 5 years and never had any issues with vandalism. They also have a dump station conveniently located on the property.
I would not recommend doing business with this place. We had signed up on their supposed waiting list for a 40ft space. When we signed up, they told us we were number 2 on the waiting list for a 40ft spot. This morning, we received a text saying a 40ft spot came available. We called within 30 minutes of us receiving the text, only for them (Calvin) to tell me they sent that same text to everyone, even those on the waiting list for smaller spots. I am on a waiting list and hope something will come through for us. I spoke with them twice and they are super friendly and helpful. I like that you can do everything online.
I’ve had multiple dealings with the new owner. They are personable, professional, willing to listen, and have answered any questions I’ve had. I’ve had no problems with the new owners.
