Very unprofessional office. Making an appointment means nothing at this location. If you arrive 30 minutes before your 2:45 appointment, they will take you ahead of the person that checks in 10 minutes before their 2:30 appointment, and then make you wait an addition 12 minutes (2:42) before they come and get you, very disrespectful. The computer system they use is antiquated compared to other medical offices I have gone. You have to make your appointments by phone rather than online. Again, inconvenient. The Appointment setters are ridiculous! Talk crazy and think they know your schedule better than you!! Margaret to be exact! Each time I speak to her it’s an issue! Customer service training is very much needed!!! This establishment went down hill completely! The new building is just a facade!! 😢 Finding a new doctors office for my family. Kids and adults! It’s nerve wrecking trying to set appointments with unprofessional people.
My sister has this female as her PCP; however, she has been unable to get her diabetes medicine from this PCP for months. Consequently, my sister had to go to ER due to diabetes related illness; she was advised to seek out another PCP. More recently, her sugar levels were so high, her rheumatologist provided a referral to a diabetes specialist who addressed her medical needs immediately. Terrible practice... doctor displays next to no interest in engaging in helpful feedback. Impossible to reach a live person to schedule appt or refill meds. I've left messages 4 times over two weeks and never received a returned call. I've also been waiting over two weeks for a neurologist referral. Avoid!!!
