WATHC OUT PEOPLE BEFORE RENTING COMMUNITY ROOM, MT. HEALTHY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY. Rented the community room for a day, first thing when opened door there was cake icing on the floor, so I had to clean it up. They charged me $100 for putting a banner on wall with scotch tape and when I removed it for the night, there was no damage to the paint.
