MT Grand Homes replaced my aging sliding glass doors with new impact sliders and they are amazing. The communication was top notch. The delivery and installation was amazing. The installers were extremely professional and worked proficiently. My experience with Mike the owner, throughout the process could not have gone smoothers. I highly recommend MT Grand Homes, and will use them in the future.
Even though many construction companies out there say they can custom build, 90% of them only build whatever plans they already have, and they will change little things here and there, but won’t build your plans. We did not want another cookie cutter “Florida style house”, and after having many meetings with different builders, Michael was the only one that agreed to do exactly what I wanted. See pictures.
Maybe MT is more of a 4.75 than a perfect 5 (who is perfect?!), but Michael at MT Grand Homes helped us (and some neighbors) right after Ian hit us. It was a stressful/challenging time with major damage/devastation in Fort Myers area but with NO “standing army” of massive skilled tradesmen ready and supplies stagged. Mike handled the installation of PGT Hurricane Impact Windows, in both my apartment and my son's. The installation was done on time and flawless. He gave us the best price. I would recommend MT Grand Homes to anyone that needs any kind of work done on their home.
Mike did an excellent job building my new custom house. He pays attention to all the details. Every time I wanted to make a change he didn’t complain. I now have a beautiful home I can retire in thanks to Mike and his crew.
