Late Night Sushi I was in search of sushi on a Monday night and found Mt. Fuji. Open late, I was excited they had a second happy hour beginning at 9:30pm! We ordered miso, pork dumplings, numerous rolls and a large Rainbow roll...all were delish! Even the octopus portion of the Rainbow Roll was fresh and tasty. The waitress looked at us a little funny when we ordered a second order of pork dumplings, but she happily brought them. Best for quiet, reflective sushi nights – As someone who eats a primarily Japanese diet, my friends often ask me to sushi restaurants. I either love or hate a sushi restaurant upon my first visit, and Mt Fuji was the former. This is my go-to for late night happy hour.
