Been coming to Mt. Fuji for many years, and no matter how many other sushi restaurants come and go, Mt. Fuji remains our favorite. Their fabulous service and delicious food remain unmatched in Northern Colorado.
5 stars! Me and the boyfriend just moved to Colorado and was looking for a new sushi place. We definetly we’re not disappointed. Best sushi in town. And the service was amazing! When we got up to leave all the workers said goodbye and come again! Definetly recommend
