Been here 3 times and each time has been a draining experience, never get my needs met even for the simplist things but he gets paid each time I visit, asked to see a podiatrist and I left with nothing but, Ill text you when I do a care plan, next day still waiting for something so simple, when i call back the next day, Im told to wait for his text then I can make another appointment to discuss the care plan... Dr Chau has been my GP for over 20 years. Nothing but praise and thanks for looking after me and my family in such a professional manner.
The secretary should be fired i just spoke with her.i had to repeat my self so she could get my name right .grrr
Doctor Chau was very rude to me thats not how the Doctor treats their patience. I dont think he's a real Doctor, he doesn't have any knowledge of whats he was doing.
Doctor is rude and unprofessional, won't be going back to a doctor like that.
