I can't say enough about how refreshing it was to work with Michelle and the rest of the staff at Mt. Diablo storage. I do reviews when things are great or really bad - they're GRRREAT! The units are clean and secure and competitively priced. The front desk staff was always helpful and patient - answered all my questions and showed me as many units as I wanted. Thank you!

I was with Mt. Diablo Self-Storage for 3 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the start, everything was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. The prices were unbeatable, especially considering the top-notch service they provide. The ladies in the front office, Michelle and Alma, were always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. I have used Mt Diablo Self storage. For many years when I need storage. They have a safe professional ran business. Else I would not return. But I do. No bugs came along while my things were stored here. Which I totally appreciate! No scary people hanging around. I always feel safe going here Even alone. The office staff is amazing and friendly professionally. 5 Stars is my truthful rating! 💞⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service! Michelle was very helpful and very attentive to our storage needs. The property looks great! The storage is right off of Ygnacio boulevard So it's easy to find. The prices are very reasonable.

Michele and Alma have been a pleasure to work with. We were interested in moving to a different storage unit and they were very clear in their communication to us on what was open and how to do this. They are always positive and pleasant.
