I can't say enough about how refreshing it was to work with Michelle and the rest of the staff at Mt. Diablo storage. I do reviews when things are great or really bad - they're GRRREAT! The units are clean and secure and competitively priced. The front desk staff was always helpful and patient - answered all my questions and showed me as many units as I wanted. Thank you!
I was with Mt. Diablo Self-Storage for 3 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the start, everything was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. The prices were unbeatable, especially considering the top-notch service they provide. Great service! Michelle was very helpful and very attentive to our storage needs. The property looks great! The storage is right off of Ygnacio boulevard So it's easy to find. The prices are very reasonable.
I have used Mt Diablo Self storage. For many years when I need storage. They have a safe professional ran business. Else I would not return. But I do. No bugs came along while my things were stored here. Which I totally appreciate! No scary people hanging around. I always feel safe going here Even alone. I would like to share my experience with Mount Diablo Self Storage. For over 15 years I rented storage space for my business and personal use, and at times I had up to three units. They are always clean, professional and especially reachable which wasn’t the case from other companies I’ve used in the past. There’s nothing glamorous about storage, you just need everything to work when you need access and reach someone when you need them. By the way… Manager lives on site. Joe Dajani
