I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years, but after my most recent experience, I can no longer support this business. On Wednesday, 6/11, I came in for a full set. The manager asked if I wanted Gel-X or acrylic (I usually get acrylic), so I asked about the difference. She explained that Gel-X was better, longer-lasting (2–3 weeks), and healthier for the nails, so I decided to try it. Just a few days later, one of my nails broke. Makes space, fast, respectful of my time, & does a good job.
My first time here and awful experience. The lady was so aggressive and dug hard into my nails making them bleed. Then she poured alcohol on them and they stung. Now I’m still in pain and recovering. She didn’t even apologize or offer for me to come back on the house.
This is our go-to-spot for nails. They’re so friendly and accommodating and always do a good job!
