Called owner to hold a unit for me overnight so I could see it the very next morning. Went to see it and did not like it, not what I was looking for. Then was offered a bigger unit that had a broken door. Decided not to rent from this business but the owner still charged my credit card full price for a unit that I did not acquire. Person is very rude and seemed distracted and in a hurry. I do NOT recommend this place.

Don’t ignore bad reviews like I did. After a month of storage used, the owner called me and said you should let me know 30 days in advance when you want to end the storage lease, I thought for a min and told her I will not be needing the storage anymore so let this be our last month we will get our stuff out before the end of this month, and she agreed. This is the best storage place around there nice and understanding and I highly recommend them to my family and friends and even strangers
Copied and pasted from my review on Facebook "Candice promised me a puppy from her litter of puppies due July 3rd of 2021. I kept asking for updates prior, which she ignored. Apparently, she was having problems with confirming the pregnancy which I understand happens, but didn't not tell me about the issues until AFTER the due date and AFTER I asked her how the puppies were.
